Wow, those stocks really took a tumble today-- the Dow went down 400-odd points. Now that NZ is totally in our grasp with a great job offer, I'm getting scared about leaving behind two great jobs to go for this adventure. My biggest fear is that neither one of us will be able to find a job when we get back. I'm finally being honest with myself that this might not be the best idea at this time. Dang that president for letting our economy go down the tubes! Is it too much to ask for a president not to lead us into a global financial crisis?
One thing though, I'd rather be broke and on Anaura Bay in NZ (see below) than in cloudy Seattle!!
